iX Cameras is looking for an experienced accountant to be a member of the finance team. You will be
responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports for global entities (US, UK,
China and India). IX Cameras develops and manufactures highly sophisticated electronic cameras for
science and industry, and sells its products throughout the world. You will report directly to the
company CFO.
The responsibilities and duties for the accounting position are as follows:
- Prepare monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Analyze financial information and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting systems and control procedures
- Analyze revenue, cost of sales and inventories
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Prepare financial reports such as ECSL, National Statistics, VAT and Sales and Use Tax filings
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has 5+ years in accounting in a technology/manufacturing
firm. Consummate organizational ability is critical to this position. As such, we are looking for someone
that is highly detail oriented and organized, can develop and implement procedures, and has experience
in accounting, accounting software applications, tax regulations and preparation of financial reports.
Candidates must have both MS Office and professional ERP/MRP system experience.
